Payment Terms

✦ Prices are listed in USD.✦ All commissions will be paid through PayPal invoices or e-Transfers (Canadians only).✦ All commissions via PayPal invoices will include an additional 5% fee. This fee will be waived for Canadians using e-Transfer.✦ I require either full or half payment before starting any work on commissions.✦ You are entitled to a full refund if I have not started sketching your commission. If I have started your commissions, there is no refund available.✦ Sketches have unlimited edits available. Finished emotes have unlimited colour changes and 1 major edit available (this courtesy lasts for two weeks after the commission is completed, if you change your mind or find an issue). Changes beyond this require a purchase of a new emote.✦ Commercal Licenses are only necessary for Merch sales, using your commission for paid content on stream is perfectly fine.

Work Process

✦ All commissions progress is documented in my Trello.✦ The more information & references you can provide, the easier my work becomes ^-^✦ I will always give you more accurate estimates on when to expect sketches, colour/render previews, etc.✦ Below is a chart to very rough estimate on commission deadlines:

General Guidelines

✦ Let me know if you would prefer I don't share certain parts of the commissions with my Stream/Discord/etc, or if you would like me to delay posting the final commission on my Twitter/Artstation.✦ Commissions allow for use in your Discord, stream, and 3rd party website (7tv/BTTV/FFZ) uploads. If you find someone else who has stolen one of your commissioned emotes, please let me know so I can file a DMCA takedown against them.✦ Commissioned art is not permitted to be used as NFTs or with anything AI related.✦ Where emote attribution is possible, please credit with my Twitch username: Eleana. If you stream on Twitch, giving my account the Artist badge is nice if you would like to. Linking to my carrd.co in your bio/credits is always appreciated.

What program(s) do you use?
- For non-animated works: Adobe Photoshop and rarely Clip Studio Paint Pro
- For animations: Adobe After Effects.What size are your commissions?
If you need a specific size, let me know and maybe I can accommodate. All commissions have a DPI of 300.

I would love to upgrade some day because it's a really small working area (it's about 6"x4" active area), but it's a good economical choice. ^-^
